Gas supply system

In the Suspension Dryer FSD, the two process steps solid/liquid separation and drying can be carried out in one process apparatus. To dry a product that is still damp after centrifugation, the Suspension Dryer FSD is always combined and operated in combination with a drying gas cycle. Depending on the construction size and application, between 150 kg/h and 3,500 kg/h of hot gas is conducted through the FSD.

A gas supply system was developed specially for the construction sizes FSD 400 and FSD 600 that contains all the components necessary for universal operation in a fixed installed frame.

• Data recording with the help of the SPS
